Hi! I'm April, a passionate wedding photographer based in the beautiful North West, more specifically Manchester Bolton ways but I love to travel so don't let that stop you booking me!. As a neurodivergent bisexual mum, I like to think I bring a unique perspective to capturing your special day, ensuring every moment is as authentic and vibrant as your love story.
I get it, I am a stranger, and this is your special day so you need to know a little about me, well, I have an adorable menagerie at home, including pet rats and chickens, I am a massive board game nerd – let’s chat strategy games, oh and I moonlight as a face-painter, but if your looking for a way to get to know each other first feel free to book me for that. :)
All of that though is so unimportant next to my values, as I said I am The B in the LGBTQIA+ so I will JUMP at the chance to be involved in any LGBTQIA+ weddings, I am 10000% against any kind of racism, bigotism and hate in general, so, if this is you then honestly, please don't hire me. It is so important to me that all of my couples feel safe and secure with me no matter there gender identity, sexual orientation, skin colour, disabilities or differences.

Sustainability is a core value in my work and I am so happy to say I have had the honor of photographing sustainable weddings and am always eager to support eco-conscious couples.
I like to do what I can myself to keep my footprint down and if your anything like me I'm sure you would love to hear some of things I do to keep our planet smiling.
All of my galleries are digital and when ever I do send out materials I source them myself and always strive to use vegan recycled materials.
For every wedding I shoot I spend 1 hour in local beauty spots collecting litter. I thought about tree initiatives and while these are wonderful I think quite often local spaces get over looked and I love to give back to no just the earth but my community when ever I can.
I have a 100% paperless office. I use digital contracts, invoices, and questionnaires to completely reduce paper usage at all of those stages to 0.
I use all rechargeable Batteries. Period.
I always love to hear new ways I can help either give back or look after our planet so if you have any thoughts or ideas on something I could be doing drop them all over to me I would love to hear them!!

We have pictures of every part of our wedding from the very beginning of the day all the way until our first dance this meant we didn't have to worry about missing anything/ anyone out.
Once the pictures were ready we received an online gallery which is displayed in categories throughout the day making it really easy to find the exact picture you're looking for!
